# MRE 2.2 - Evaluations of Human Subjects

Evaluations involving human subjects comply with human subject protection requirements; and human subjects or datasets are representative of the intended population.

NIST AI RMF (in the playbook companion) has not defined MRE 2.2; however, Seclea Platform defines the relevant checks to this control requiring:

* A detailed description of the evaluations of the AI involving human subject protection requirements by the organisations.
