# 10.02 - Dataset Governance Policies

Training, validation and testing of data sets shall be subject to appropriate data governance and management practices. This requires a clear definition of the data governance policy and an AI compliance action, the policy document should be uploaded to the Seclea Platform. 

The "Dataset Governance Policy Defined" check is a manual check that requires the project lead to upload the dataset governance policy document.
