09.06 - Consideration of Children

When implementing the risk management system described in Article 09 - Risk Management System, specific consideration shall be given to whether the high-risk AI system is likely to be accessed by or have an impact on children.

Seclea Platform provides the check 'Children Impact Or Access Assessment' to track whether an AI application is likely to be accessed by or have an impact on children. This check requires organisations to perform an assessment of how their AI system is going to be used by different stakeholders/users.
