09.07 - Credit Institutions

For organisations developing financial-services related AI applications, the EC AIA requires organisations to document their specific risk management activities. It states that 'for credit institutions regulated by Directive 2013/36/EU, the aspects described in article 09 shall be part of the risk management procedures established by those institutions pursuant to Article 74 of that Directive.'

Seclea Platform provides a manual check to document that the organisation is taking necessary actions to comply.
