# HVF17 - Dataset Bias Analysis Action and Assessment

Record, track and/or approve all actions and their results related to the bias analysis. For each of these actions, a clear rationale has to be recorded, which includes the examination of the results from the tools and business assessment carried out by the relevant person.

The organisation should upload a document describing in detail your analysis of the actions taken to assess and mitigate bias. This should contain an assessment of the outputs of the tools and a business assessment of any potential impacts.
