# HVF16 - Dataset Bias Mitigation

Record, track and approve any bias mitigation activities in the datasets. The organisation has to upload a document describing in detail any bias mitigation activities carried out on the Dataset, the reasons for that and the outcome.

If the organisation is using the Seclea Platform's tools, then this information is automatically provided by the platform.
