# HVF14 - Dataset Transformation Rationale

For each of the actions performed on the dataset that materially changes or transforms it. The rationale for the action has to be recorded and (approved if required). The organisation need to upload a document describing in detail the transformation that was carried out on the Dataset and the reasons for carrying out that action.
