# ISW03 - AI Oversight Process

The organisation shall establish and document the AI Oversight Process for all AI stakeholders. The oversight process sets the responsibilities related to AI fairness, transparency and explainability, human-centeredness, privacy and security to respective stakeholders. It can also specify the tools and mechanisms each stakeholder will use to ensure they effectively fulfil their responsibility towards AI oversight.&#x20;

The document detailing the AI Oversight Process has to be uploaded to Seclea Compliance so that it can be recorded and tracked over the course of an AI project.&#x20;
