# TD12 - Continuous Compliance

For compliance, an organisation must demonstrate that they have continuous compliance in place for post-market AI systems, with all the relevant information related to the technical solutions and the requirements set.

An organisation can either use their own or third-party continuous compliance systems. In this case, they have uploaded the system details to Seclea Compliance. If an organisation uses the Seclea Continous Monitoring, they do not have to upload a document; the Seclea will provide the information.
