# DG11 - Dataset Transformation Rationale

For each of the actions performed on the dataset that materially changes or transforms it. The rationale for the action has to be recorded and ( approved if required). Describe or upload a document describing in detail the transformation carried out on the Dataset and the reasons for carrying out that action.
